Replacement and/or Return Policy
We want our customers to completely understand our replacement and/or return policy and to make it as hassle-free as possible.
Therefore, all of our products are backed by a 30 Day Replacement Policy. If you receive your item damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days, send us back the item, and we will send out a replacement as soon as we receive it.
In the event of a refund request, a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount, including the original shipping cost.
- Returns must be received in new and unused condition.
- In order to return the item the buyer MUST pay return shipping.
- RMA #s are required for all returns and can be received by contacting customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Refunds are offered for Domestic USA orders only. (All sales are final for International orders).
- Refunds will be credited back to you within 7 days after we received and checked your item(s) into our warehouse.
- Refunds will be the total purchase price of the item, minus a 20% restocking fee (shipping and taxes not included)
